Hunting Continued

The trip to Portland yielded many a home-however after driving all over the city and looking at about 10-12 homes, we discovered we didn't know what we wanted. At one point I took El and Ry thru the Portland Heights neighborhood. "ooh.....ahhhhh" was all I heard and I had a feeling we were onto something. To give you an idea, the Portland Heights neighborhod is an older part of the city up in the West Hills above Portland. The houses are larger 4000 squarefeet and up, and they all have charm to boot. Not to mention they've all been kept up impeccably and are locacted ideally. Prices here range from $750,000 to 4 Million. Ryan was in love with the neighborhood, so much so he pretty much said "I only want to look at houses in this neighborhood." Small problem is that a bunch of college girls living in a mansion cannot afford a maid or the utilities associated with luxerious living. So our compromise was that we would live in Portland Heights (He's twisting my arm here ) If we can find a smaller home in the area that has a manageable sized property for 4 college girls. So here are some picks of our latest considerations.
P.S. It is quite possible we won't be able to find a house before we have to move down, which in that case it will break my heart moving into a dingy duplex after having envisioned myself living next to CEOs and Trailblazers.
