One of these things is not like the other

This might be a little difficult to make out, but each box contains items that have things in common. Except for the last box....as far as I can tell.
Let me know if you have any ideas.

Maybe they're all made from animals -I know the whale and the penguin are, and the piano could have ivory keys and the boot could be leather and the train ..um.. I'm out of ideas.

is that a train next to the penguin? or is a cart or some berricks?

I don't think the piano would float...I'm thinking more made from animal parts.

This is Cindy, Tracy Hachtel's sister, I knew you in Bremerton and I read your blog sometimes for fun. This one puzzled me so much I googled it.

Answers I liked: They are all black.

They're all completely screwed.
The penguin is standing in front of a train.
The boot has no foot in it.
The train has no tracks.
The whale is stranded out of the water.
The piano has no bench (nobody wants to play a piano without a bench..)

If you try to solve it in German, you'll realize they all end in the letter "L".
Whale = WaL
Bird (Penguin) = VogeL
Boot = StiefeL
Grand Piano = FlügeL
Vehicle (Tram) = VehikeL

Lastly: they all involve movement.

Those are my ideas (rather what I found when I googled)
