Visiting grandpa was a bit of an emotional roller coaster. He's not really lucid and it was difficult to deal with him not saying hello back. His pain is enough that he's on constant pain medication and somewhat asleep. Anne, Carla, Marza, Shannon, Grant, Norma, Brett, Paige and Grandma were all at the hospice center with us. Grandma seems to be doing really well with everything.
I don't want to think abut it now, cause I promised I wouldn't cry anymore today.
On the way back home dad asked me a question "You know what I really appreciate about my folks?" I said "what?" and he replied "They stuck together all these years and they always made sure I went to church."
