So my sister Genuine_Draft (that's her blogging handle) creates wish lists for herself on amazon for her birthday and I think it's great. I can go to Amazon, do a search for her name and it brings up a list of items that she would like to get. You can then buy them off amazon or another site and mail them straight to her.
My new favorite feature is that you can attach something to you favorites menu so when you come across something you like on a website you can add it to your favorites and it will be automatically added to your wish list.
Has anyone else ever used this? I'm thinking of making one for myself.

I'm glad you did this - it makes everything so much easier. Fletcher's got one too. I've begged Dad to make a wish list so we won't have to suffer every Father's day, birthday, and Christmas.
