What the what?

My roommate has been talking for months about a type of birthday party she wants to have with a Basketball theme. I just realized today that she has been calling it a "Baller Shot Caller" themed party.

You can understand why I've been less than enthusiastic about this theme, as I believed she had been saying "Baller Shock Collar".

I just looked up the definition on urban dictionary and still have no idea:

Such as David Sumney the baller of all shot callers

This is an awful definition, besides not making any sense it straight up uses words from the phrase IN the definition. Pretty sure Hutala taught me that was a no-no.
