Utah: my dear old friend

If I woke up in Utah and didn't know I was in Utah what are the clues that would let me know:

1. I'd wake up and feel the compulsion to drink every and any liquid I could find
2. Similar to number 1 I would feel the need to moisturize, moisturize, moisturize
3. When I straighten my hair it would stay straight all day long (unless it snowed)
4. It would snow
5. Every third person I see would have either a BYU, UVU, or UofU insignia somewhere on their person (and not be Matt Coss)
6. On the refrigerator of the place I woke up there would be a wedding announcement or multiple. Possibly like yesterday the announcement would be for some sort of Mormon "royalty". ie: Donald Richard Osmond, Jr.
7. The closest grocery store would be called Smith's
8. Instead of trees everywhere I'd be able to see for miles around and what I would see would be ugly as sin (except in the mountains)

do you have any clues that come to mind?

1. There would be few good places to eat
2. You'd always be near a family with many small children, no matter where you were
3. Everyone driving somewhere on Sunday would be dressed for church
4. People would speak of Walmart with affection, not disdain
5. Your job would have something to do with juice and signing up your friends to sell it
