funny

I don't know if the funny will translate. I also worry that my sense of humor is dulling as a direct result of my intellectual under stimulation caused by moving to Roosevelt...

Either way.

Today I was in session with two 13 year old boys and the one looks down at his stocking feet and says "Man! why are my socks so dirty?" The other boy laughs and says "you're just dirty I guess."

The first boy takes a closer look at his socks and notices that the initials written on the bottom of the sock aren't his. (We make the kids mark all their stuff with sharpie since alot of their items look similar).

"Hey! These aren't my dirty socks! These are yours!"

The second boy looks down at his feet and sees that he is wearing the first boys socks. They figure that they must have picked up each other's socks after karate class.

They quickly trade socks and try to act as though everything is normal.
Nothing is normal. Especially where I work.

Also can I say, today I think I got my first real taste for the dysfunction that can occur between two divorced adults. I'm so ready for Christmas break!
